1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use gaiassecretagents.com or purchase a Gaia’s Secret Agents digital product. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these terms. Purchases and email subscriptions are intended to be completed by a parent, guardian or other adult.
2. Digital products and delivery
Products are supplied as digital downloads unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Product descriptions identify the included files, format, price and intended age range. Access is normally provided through Gumroad or the download method shown at checkout.
3. Personal-use licence
Unless a product page grants broader rights, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to print and use the files for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, remove ownership notices from, or use the files to create another product for sale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by Gumroad and are also subject to Gumroad’s applicable checkout terms and privacy practices. Gaia’s Secret Agents does not receive complete payment-card details.
5. Refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy applies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Children’s activities and supervision
Products are designed for family educational and recreational use. An adult is responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable, providing appropriate supervision, checking the environment and materials, and adapting the activity for the child’s needs. Products are not medical, therapeutic or professional safety advice.
7. Intellectual property
Gaia’s Secret Agents names, characters, illustrations, stories, layouts, downloads and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners.
8. External services
The website may link to Gumroad, Brevo, Pinterest or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the website, products or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
